Welcome to Crazy Cat Lady Cat Hotel and Spa! By using this website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Crazy Cat Lady Cat Hotel and Spa provides feline grooming, boarding, and select mobile grooming services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled through our online system, email, or phone.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards.

  • Prices may vary based on the complexity, coat condition, and temperament of the cat.

4. Cat Health & Safety

  • All owners must complete a questionnaire about their cat.

  • Cats must be in good health and free of contagious diseases. If a cat shows signs of illness or parasites, services may be refused or rescheduled.

  • Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or aggression prior to the appointment.

  • We reserve the right to stop a service if a cat becomes overly stressed or aggressive, for the safety of the cat and groomer. It is at our discretion whether we charge for this service.

  • Cats with severe matting may require shaving to prevent further discomfort or health risks. Grooming matted coats can result in minor nicks, redness, or irritation due to skin being pulled tight under mats. An additional fee will apply for mat removal.

  • If your cat becomes overly stressed or aggressive, we may use protective equipment such as an air muzzle or e-collar for the safety of both the cat and the groomer. If grooming cannot be safely completed, we may stop the session and reschedule or refer you to a vet groomer.

  • For safety reasons, we ask that clients do not enter the grooming area or interact with their cat until grooming is complete. Seeing their owner mid-session can cause cats to become overly excited or stressed.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your cat’s safety and comfort, Crazy Cat Lady Cat Hotel and Spa is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions that may worsen during or after grooming or boarding.

  • Minor scratches or reactions due to grooming tools or products.

  • Any medical complications that arise if full disclosure of the cat’s condition was not provided.

6. Other Grooming and Boarding Policies

  • A signed intake form is required prior to boarding.

  • Owners must provide current vaccination records and emergency contact information.

  • We are not responsible for items left behind (toys, blankets, carriers, etc.).

  • Boarding rates are charged per night. Early pickups do not qualify for refunds of unused days.

  • Please arrive on time for pick-up. Late pickups may be subject to a care fee, especially outside regular hours.

7. Mobile Grooming

  • Not all services are available via mobile grooming.

  • Cats must be indoors and easily accessible at the scheduled time.

  • A travel fee may apply based on your location.

8. Privacy

  • Client information is kept confidential and is used only for booking, communication, and business operations. We do not share personal information without consent.

  • We may take photos of your cat before, during, or after grooming or boarding for promotional use on our website and social media. If you prefer your cat not be photographed, please let us know at drop-off.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
